Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy

We are committed to providing quality goods and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Physical Goods

  • Eligibility for Returns: You may return physical goods within 30 days of receiving your order if they are in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and labels. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returns for Change of Mind: Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or no longer wish to keep the item. We encourage you to review your purchase carefully before placing an order.

  • Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@amyleesdoherty.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Digital Products

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products (such as downloadable content, e-books, and online courses), we do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete. This policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law, which permits us to exclude refunds for digital products where the download or access has been initiated.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@amyleesdoherty.com. Provide details and evidence of the damage or defect, including photographs if possible. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

5. Consumer Rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If the goods or services are not of acceptable quality or do not meet the description, you are entitled to a remedy. Please refer to the Australian Consumer Law for more information on your rights.
